Cooler weather is inching its way down toward Central Florida, signaling the turn of the seasons at long last. With the holidays ahead of us and travel arrangements being made, Silver Springs State Park is gearing up to offer your family a variety of festive activities that will make even those visiting in-laws smile. Throughout the month of December, the park will be presenting its First Annual Lights and Laser Holiday Celebration, a visually stunning event that will be geared towards guests of all ages. This event, sponsored by BG Capital Group, will be the perfect opportunity to bring your visiting relatives and show off your hometown, or entertain your college student who is home on break. Fog machines, multiple laser projectors, and snow machines will be at work, creating a winter wonderland of light.
Come and have your picture taken with Santa and his helpers, and listen as carolers spread the joy of the season throughout the park. Photos will be available for purchase and to pick up the nights of the event.
The Holiday Lights and Lasers Celebration is in full swing out at Silver Springs State Park wowing crowds with stunning visual effects and family friendly entertainment.
In response to guest requests, Silver Springs Management is adding a third show to it’s weekend evening line up. Gates open at 6pm and shows start at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30 pm. Stay for one show, or stay for them all, and in between you can have your picture taken with Santa and his elves, enjoy free hot chocolate, or sit down for a snack with your family while taking in local performers.
Tickets for the event are $5 per child under 9, $10 for students under 18, and $15 per adult. In the spirit of the season, a number of discounts for the event are being offered. Now through the end of the month, guests can take advantage of either a free child admission with each paying adult, or five dollars off of adult admission. Shows will take place on the evenings of the 13th through the 15th, and the 18th through the 30th, EXCLUDING December 24th.

If you are hosting a group, you can purchase a family pass of five tickets for $50. Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
